In early August, we will be releasing single family and condo homesites in Phase 2 of our Menomonee Falls neighborhood, Evergreen Fields. Mid August will include a release of single family homes in our Franklin neighborhood Pleasant View Reserve and also in one of our Madison westside neighborhoods, Acacia Ridge. These August phase releases will include over 70 homesites!

Evergreen Fields, Menomonee Falls: Releasing August 5, Phase 2 will include the release of 22 single family homesites (37-58 located in blue on the map below) and 8 condos sites (1007-1012 and 1023-1024 located in yellow on the map below.)
Pleasant View Reserve, Franklin: Releasing August 18 is Phase 2 in Pleasant View Reserve. This release will include 15 single family homesites, 26-40 (located in blue on the map below)
Acacia Ridge, Westside Madison: Also releasing August 18 is Phase 7 in Acacia Ridge. This release will include 29 single family homesites: 10-15, 174-188, 459-466 (homesites in blue on the map below)
