Shovels in the ground… and a new neighborhood to celebrate! On November 5, we marked the grand opening of Reiland Grove, our newest Veridian Homes neighborhood on Madison’s east side.
Our team gathered for a ribbon cutting and ceremonial groundbreaking at Felland Road and Blissful Avenue. It was an exciting milestone, and we’re looking forward to watching this neighborhood grow and welcoming the homeowners who will make it their own.
A Home for Your Next Chapter

Reiland Grove is planned to include 561 homesites across multiple phases, with a variety of home styles to explore. The first phase will feature Twin, Haven Twin, Garden, Cottage, Village and Meadow homes, with additional styles planned for future phases.

Looking Forward to More Time Outside
There’s plenty to look forward to beyond the front door, too. Plans for Reiland Grove include a future neighborhood park and a large area of open green space along the neighborhood’s north side. Select homesites will back up to the planned park, offering views of that space from home.
For our team, these outdoor spaces are an important part of the neighborhood’s future. As Matt Brink, Vice President of Land Development, shared, they’re envisioned as places where neighbors can spend time outside, get to know one another and build connections as Reiland Grove grows.

Getting to Know the Area
Reiland Grove puts outdoor recreation and everyday stops within reach. Sycamore Park and its dog park are approximately 1.5 miles away, while Hy-Vee is about three miles from the neighborhood.
For getting around the area, Interstate 39/90 is approximately 1.5 miles away, and Highway 151 is about 2.5 miles away. The neighborhood is also located within the Sun Prairie school district.
You’ll find Reiland Grove at Felland Road and Blissful Avenue, accessible from Lien Road or Commercial Avenue/County Road T.
