We’ve been more proactive in asking our customers to provide candid reviews on various review sites lately. Some builders may fear this, but we’re extremely proud of the work that we do, so we absolutely welcome it. Yes, there are times when we have had to go back to get things done right, but I honestly have to say those instances are few and far between.
So, since we’ve been inundated with some really well-written reviews, I figured, why not share your voice, versus my own today. Everything was professional, transparent, and relatively stress free. Early on, just before committing to an offer, Adam did a great job setting up expectations regarding costs and timelines. Once we committed to building with Veridian, he made sure all of our options were clear and we understood every decision along the way. Once the actual building started, Richard provided great insight and helped with some of the final decisions that needed to be made during our walkthroughs(e.g. exact placement of switches, outlets, etc.). He was thorough and made sure we were well prepared regarding the maintenance of our new house. Since we have moved in, he has quickly responded to all of our questions. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our house and the overall experience. We would not hesitate to work with Veridian again.

We had a great experience building our house with Veridian, they made it a very smooth process for us, they walked us through everything, and were very responsive at clarifying our questions. From the beginning Pamela was amazing, honestly she was a key piece in making us decide to go with Veridian, always helping us accommodate our needs and budget, she is awesome! and then our visit to the design center where Kimberly helped us make the best selections, she understood our style and helped in the process, and Joe he was on top of everything, if something needed to be fixed as they were building he had already noted that before us, really really pleased with how nice and professional he was. I would highly recommend building with Veridian!

It is such a gorgeous house, and we couldn’t be happier. We chose Veridian because they made the process so easy (even when I was across the pond), would build within our budget, and it’d be done by the time I’d return home. And it was. The day after I returned home, we moved in. Also, they are great with first time homebuyers… It felt like we were being guided through this process with a friend instead of a salesman and that trait of his was what pulled us in to begin with. He’s the kind of guy you’d invite over for a beer once the toilet paper is on the role. So happy it was Max we got to work with. We love you Max! P.S. Max, thanks for the gift at closing, we had a blast! Build with Veridian! The process is easier than you’d ever imagine. Everything is in house (landscape, electrical, lighting, appliances…), its so quick, and the team you will work with is amazing. For most, building a house can be a stressful time, but with Veridian we had a blast. Never had a doubt or a worry, and they made it easy and exciting for a separated military family. Thank you Veridian for giving us our American dream.

Everyone involved from the designer to the builder was very responsive to questions I had, paid close attention to detail, and was very friendly to work with. Our personal builder specialist, Pam Aveni was Awesome to work with! She was responsive and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Joe and Dave, our personal builders, were also Phenomenal to work with too! We bought a home in Silver Spring Estates and our independent inspector (who had 30 yrs of experience) was very impressed by the craftsmanship of our home. From the exterior to the cabinetry and flooring—our inspector was quite impressed with the level of detail and quality of materials used (as were we!). We also remain impressed with Veridian’s follow up and follow through. We are VERY happy with our new home and feel that this entire experience was made easy and quite stress-free! BIG Thanks Again to the entire Veridian team-you really made us feel welcome in our new home and neighborhood!!! We Highly recommend Veridian communities to prospective home owners because of our incredible and phenomenal experience with both the team and the home itself!! Thank You Veridian!!!!!
