Now that it’s cooling down, it’s time to start thinking about how to bring the warmth inside.  Cozy up your home by adding a few simple elements:  think soft blankets and glowing candles.  If you want to take it to the next level, I’ve gathered a few items that I’m loving for fall.  Check them out below!

Number one, let’s start with a cozy space to curl up with a book on a fall day.  The Mid-Century Modern style of this chair is warmed up with organically-shaped wood and a soft light taupe cushion. This type of chair would fit most decor styles.  Image via Target.
A cozy throw tossed over an armchair or sofa is an easy way to update your decor for fall without breaking the budget.  Just imaging being warm and toasty with this guy pulled over you while binging on Netflix.  Image via Pendleton.
Candles…  Ahh, I love a good-smelling candle. If I’m having a busy day, I’ll slow it down a little by lighting up one of my favorites and pour myself a small glass of wine. Instant mood game-changer.  PSA, just make sure you blow it out when you’re finished.  Image via T.J. Maxx.
A nice boxwood wreath is so versatile. This transitions well from fall to winter and having a bit of greenery on your front door (or hanging inside over a mirror) is a welcome pop of color once the leaves have all fallen. Image via Target.
I have mug problem, so many mugs, so many that I can no longer fit any more on the shelf. That said, mugs are so great. Fill one up with a cup of hot chocolate and curl up by the fire. Nothing says sweater-weather more to me than a good mug (other than sweaters, of course). Image via T.J. Maxx.

Last but not least, we must pay homage to the ever faithful crockpot. The smell of a slow-cooked, mouth-watering stew is pretty darn amazing. Start pinning your fall crockpot recipes now, you’ll thank me later when you come home to a perfectly cooked dinner. Image via Williams-Sonoma.
I hope you enjoyed my fall favorites, how do you bring warmth into your home?  Let us know in the comments below.
