August is underway, and several new opportunities to build with Veridian Homes are right around the corner.
Throughout the month, we’re releasing 135 new homesites across four Madison and Milwaukee area neighborhoods, including single-family homesites, twin homes and Haven twin homes. The first releases arrive this week, with additional opportunities coming later in August.
Acacia Ridge | West Madison
Our first August release arrives this Thursday at Acacia Ridge, a popular west-side Madison neighborhood offering parks, playgrounds, walking trails and convenient access to nearby shopping, dining and recreation.

Also releasing this Thursday are 36 new single-family homesites at Pheasant Crossing in Middleton.

Phase 2 releases Thursday, August 6, and features 36 single-family homesites: Homesites 5–21 and 48–66.
Heritage Hills | Waunakee
Next up is a new release at Heritage Hills, a picturesque Waunakee neighborhood conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, parks and the Waunakee Public Library.
This release includes both single-family homesites and Haven twin homes. Haven offers low-maintenance living with lawn mowing, fertilization, weed control and snow removal included, giving homeowners more time to enjoy their home, neighborhood and community.
Phase 9 releases Thursday, August 20, and features 38 single-family homesites and 8 Haven twin homesites: Homesites 278, 291–307 and 310–337.
Millwood Glen | Oak Creek
August concludes with the first homesite release at Millwood Glen, our newest neighborhood in Oak Creek.
With just 44 homesites planned, Millwood Glen offers a more intimate neighborhood setting surrounded by wetlands, woodlands, ponds and preserved open space. More than half of the neighborhood’s homesites back up to preserved land or ponds, creating a peaceful setting that still keeps everyday conveniences, parks and major commuting routes within easy reach.
Phase 1 releases Thursday, August 27, and features 21 single-family homesites: Homesites 1–21.
