Our 2024 Generous Home would not be possible if we didn’t have the support of our trade partners. Together, our trades, more than 40 local businesses, have donated more than $300,000 toward the cost of this home’s construction. We’re absolutely blown away by this incredible feat.
Once this home is sold, all proceeds from its sale will go to this year’s non-profit recipients, including Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Porchlight, DAIS Domestic Abuse Intervention Services, Reach Dane, Hunger Task Force, Big Brothers Big Sisters Dane County, Boys & Girls Club of Dane County, Waunakee Food Pantry and Waunakee Neighborhood Connection.
Executive Director of DAIS, Shannon Barry stated, “At Domestic Abuse Intervention Services (DAIS), we work every day to provide a robust safety net for survivors of domestic violence. We recognize how critical community involvement is in achieving this goal. This contribution from Veridian Homes and its partners provides vital support to our programs and exemplifies the importance of community support in uplifting survivors. We are honored to be selected as a recipient of funds from Veridian’s Generous Home and are grateful for Veridian Homes’ commitment to supporting vital causes.”
