In the kitchen, you’ll find ample prep space, perfect for crafting your next Instagram-worthy dinner creation and a newly reconfigured stairway that allowed for a more spacious pantry right off the kitchen.
The laundry room has been thoughtfully tucked away into its own defined space, separate from the mudroom entry, so you can come home to a clean, organized drop zone instead of a busy laundry area. This area also features a built-in board with hooks, ready to help keep your day-to-day essentials tidy and within reach.
On the outside, The Caroline debuts a brand-new elevation style called “Nordic.” This look is a fresh, modern take on simplicity and a nod to Scandinavian design that emphasizes clean lines, warm textures, and effortless sophistication. The result is a home that feels as timeless as it is trend-forward.

Join us for our grand opening event this weekend to tour The Caroline in person! The Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck will be stopping by on Sunday to give out FREE hot drinks! We’ll even be featuring a special vanilla horchata latte, “The Caroline”, crafted just for this event.
