There are many opportunities for customization and design, and they are happy to make modifications to the home plans to create a space that will work best for you as the owner. The best thing about all of this is how it's all organized, and quick. Custom homes can take years from less organized builders; We moved back from out of state and had a house within 6 months...I cannot recommend it enough, the quality can be seen everywhere. It felt like every little detail, from energy efficiency to the window types, layout, all had reasons why they were put together that way; it felt like every detail was "high end" and had a purpose. I think the biggest thing is the piece of mind, knowing we have a high quality home that has the modern learning of how to build a home efficiently that will last.

We took advantage of their offer to cover our apartment rent for the remainder of our lease so we didn’t have to worry about timing. Houses are first come first serve taking away the stress of multiple offers. The buying process is laid out clearly and they help you every step along the way. All homes have beautiful cabinets, wood floors, and quality finishes. It was very difficult choosing which home was our favorite. Highly recommend Veridian!
