To qualify for the Limited Time Neighborhood Build Special, a 1% Design Studio Allowance, a build contract must be signed on homesite 108, 121, 123, 124 or 125 in the Heritage Hills neighborhood between May 16, 2023 and May 31, 2023 and must close by October 31, 2023.
