Certain exclusions may apply. To qualify for the Build Special, a 1% Design Studio Allowance, a Build contract must be signed March 1, 2023 and March 31, 2023 and must close by August 31, 2023 if in Madison market or must close by November 30, 2023 if in Milwaukee market.
