Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices, has a great opportunity for a positive, quality-focused individual with exceptional people skills to join our Customer Care team!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating responses to homeowner warranty calls and emails – scheduling service with the homeowner and trade partner
  • Following up with homeowners to ensure warranty work is completed to their satisfaction.
  • Working directly and daily with the Personal Builders throughout the build and warranty process
  • Assisting in determining and documenting root cause
  • Tracking and reporting service levels, satisfaction, response rates and costs
  • Performing related administrative duties

The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, superior customer service skills along with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide consistent follow-through. Hands-on experience with MS Word and Excel is required. Education and experience in residential construction is desired.
