Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices, is seeking a detail-oriented professional with a demonstrated sense of urgency, proven multi-tasking ability and a positive attitude to join us as an Administrative Assistant. The qualified candidate will apply their amazing administrative skills to supporting our team.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Entering and maintaining customer leads.
• Processing sales contracts and amendments.
• Creating and modifying sales contract documents.
• Inputting and updating the multiple listing service.
• Responding to internal and external customer inquiries.
• Reception duties, as needed.
• Ability to learn new applications and technology.
• Other duties, as assigned.
This fast-paced position requires excellent communication, strong time management skills, independent thinking, and resourcefulness. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of two years of administrative experience and advanced computer skills.
