Lease Liberation Agreement

A lease should never stand between you and your dream home. We’ll act as a sublet for the remainder of your lease for up to ten (10) full months (based on your closing date), after you close on your new Veridian home or condominium.

Rent Rebate Agreement

Leave your rent to us. We’ll help you pay your remaining rent for up to three (3) months, or a maximum of $4,000, when you close on your new Veridian home or condominium.
