Administrative Assistant Our home building services team has a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a demonstrated sense of urgency, proven multi-tasking ability, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating furniture layouts, creating and editing price schedules, utilizing AutoCAD to assist in plan updating, tracking design surveys, and preparing monthly department newsletter. This fast-paced position requires excellent communication and time management skill, independent thinking and resourcefulness. AAS/BA/BS, advanced administrative experience and exceptional computer skills are required, including Windows, Word and Excel. Candidates with previous drafting or design support and a working background in AutoCAD and/or Revit are preferred.
Graphic Designer Are you a brand guardian? Are you a creative genius who’s organized, meticulous, innovative and fun? This position is responsible for maintaining Veridian’s strong brand image through print ads, signage, newsletters, direct mail pieces, and a variety of marketing communications from concepting and designing to production and estimating to press-ready files and press checks. Interactive experience a plus. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in design and have two to four years of related experience. Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time Opportunity) Our marketing department has a part-time opportunity available for a detail-oriented professional with a demonstrated sense of urgency, proven multi-tasking ability, and a positive attitude.As the marketing coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that is charged with building and maintaining Veridian’s brand awareness, and generating qualified sales leads. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, writing company letters, newsletters and direct mail copy, aiding in the creation and distribution of sales collateral materials, placing media, updating and maintaining the company website, and planning trade shows and events.Experience and abilities required:
AAS/BA/BS
2 years prior experience in a marketing support role
Proven organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results oriented; demonstrated success in overcoming obstacles
Self-starter; able to seize opportunities with minimal direction

Sales Coordinator (Part-Time Opportunity) Veridian Homes is looking for an energetic, outgoing, people-oriented individual to fill our part-time Sales Coordinator role. This position will support one of our New Home Specialists with responsibilities including creating and modifying contract documents, answering outside phone calls, responding to various e-mail and/or telephone questions, setting and tracking appointments, coordinating closing files, managing post-closing customer and realtor contact, along with a wide variety of other tasks that will allow our agents to deliver the highest level of customer service – and also enable them to do what they do best – SELL HOMES!
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency and the desire to work in an innovative and fast-paced work environment. AAS/BA/BS, advanced computer skills and administrative experience, strong organizational skills, an ability to multi-task and prioritize, as well as an eye for detail are required. Candidates with real estate support experience are preferred.
